She will email you day and night when new houses come on the market that you are looking for and she is available whenever you want to look at a house. She has the knowledge that makes it easier for the first time buyer that really doesn't know about buying a house.

Her expertise and being proactive with constant involvement took off lots of pressure. I never felt forced to place an amount on my home that would be unreasonable for the home to sell, and Capprice never portrayed herself as an individual that was only concerned about what she could obtain from the sale.
