    I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Capprice Kitchen. Capprice was real honest and hands-on. My selling process with Capprice went so smooth. Her expertise and being proactive with constant involvement took off lots of pressure. I never felt forced to place an amount on my home that would be unreasonable for the home to sell, and Capprice never portrayed herself as an individual that was only concerned about what she could obtain from the sale. She made suggestions and gave me a clear idea of what to expect from beginning to end. Also, she is a true professional and genuinely nice. In addition, Capprice Kitchen always stayed positive and within a 2 week time span, I had numerous prospect buyers and numerous offers. The house did not stay on the market long.
